Good questions.

What should I include when I text?

Tell me the guitar make and model, what it’s doing, what you want it to do, and any recent work or changes. Photos are always helpful.

Are parts and strings included?

No. Published prices are for labor unless noted. I’ll confirm any needed parts and their cost before installation.

Will I know the final price first?
